Austin Public Access (Forme
rly Channel Austin) A local public access television station located in East Austin.

 

CHALLENGE:
Channel Austin approached me with a small budget to write a series of commercials intended to rally area filmmakers and creatives for a celebration of all things media. 

 

SOLUTION:
“Party Like an Artist” was a campaign that celebrated all the aspects of a traditional party but with a twist: the partiers were astounding creatives in their own fields.

 

RESULT:
The series was a youthful and fun display of party antics ironically performed by excessively talented artists and comedians in the Austin area. The festival itself was an inspired success and a post-event poll proved over 60% of attendees found out about the festival from the commercials that aired.
