ROLE:

Writer

 

CHALLENGE:

Against writers from all over the world, I was tasked with writing an original script for a comedic sitcom of my choice for the Emmy Foundation Competitive Internship. 

 

SOLUTION:

I selected Family Guy and developed an exciting story harnessing existing tropes and expanding on the rich world established in Quahog Rhode Island

 

RESULT:

I won 1st place in my category and developed a script I still delight in showing people today. The link (click the image above) is an excerpt from this script which I promise will at least make you smile... or groan, who knows?

(Note: It's in the style of Family Guy creator Seth Macfarlane, so the humor can be a little blue at points.)
